    •  assisting with food preparation
    • serving students, faculty, and staff and replenishing food on serving line
    • keeping work area clean and sanitized
    • rotation of stock, dating received food items, leftovers, and recording of products when pull from inventory
    • occasionally operating the point of sale according to established procedures (cashier)
