Please use the following forms to order meals for students in their respective scenarios.

In the event you are unable to pick up your order please call and let us know. In addition, if you are experiencing any COVID symptoms or are subject to quarantine for any reason, please do not come to the District to get your meals, instead, call and cancel or send someone in your place.

Forms are password protected!  You must use your student's e-mail address and password to sign-in and complete the form.

 

High School Virtual Students

This form is for students attending GAHS in the virtual only format (i.e. students do not come to school on-campus).

This form is for students attending GAHS on-campus Monday and Tuesday (i.e. students attending in person instruction on Monday and Tuesday).
