All faculty and staff MacBooks have VPN enabled per our mobile device management policies. Below you will find directions for connecting to the district's VPN for accessing resources such as PowerSchool, Intranet, and printing while remote.

Step One:
Open System Preferences by clicking on the Apple Menu --> System Preferences.

Step Two:
Click on Network

Step Three:
Click on GASD VPN and click Connect.

Step Four:
Type in your GCASD username and password. Do not include @gcasd.org in the username.

If successful, you should now see your connection status in the System Preferences window.

OPTIONAL STEP:
For quicker access to VPN in the future, click the "Show VPN status in menu bar" checkbox to enable a shortcut in the Apple menu at the top of your screen.
